In the first half of 2019, BBB serving the Heart of Texas’ earned media total was $2.1 million. What is earned media, you ask? Earned media is media mentions about BBB that we didn’t pay for or create ourselves.

Media outlets choose to mention BBB on their own! To put things in perspective, we averaged over $350,000 in earned media per month in 2019 and those numbers are for our BBB alone. Nationally, we’ve been mentioned and cited by outlets such as the CBS Evening News and Good Morning America. Clearly people are interested in hearing what BBB has to say.
